When you send a project brief through the contact form, I collect your name, your email address and the message you write. That is the only personal information this site asks for.

Like most websites, basic technical information — such as your browser type and which pages were visited — may be logged automatically by the hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.

Your brief is used for one thing: to reply to you with a proposal, scope, price and timeline, and to carry out the work if we go ahead together.

Your details are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. You will never receive newsletters or promotional emails from this site unless you ask for them.

Briefs are stored securely in a private database that only I can access. The form is protected against spam and abuse, and submissions are not publicly visible anywhere.

Briefs are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows. If a project does not go ahead, your brief can be deleted on request.

You can ask at any time to see the information held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Send a brief through the contact form on the home page and your request will be handled promptly.

If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

If the way this site handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. The current version always applies.
